All of our payments are processed through STRIPE so you can shop with us with a complete peace of mind that we never get access to your card details.

We currently deliver worldwide, we are not limited to above listed countries. We offer global delivery to a list of approved countries but for deliveries to any countries not presented as options at the checkout, please contact our customer services team on hello@universalperformance.uk who will endeavour to complete your order. Please note, we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.
For UK and US deliveries ONLY the totals you pay when you complete your order already includes all duties and taxes owed to local authorities, purchases outside of the UK and US may incur local taxes for which are the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay, if you refuse delivery for this reason Universal Performance will not accept responsibility under any circumstances.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
If you have a registered account with us, you may check the status of your order online. Visit ‘My Account’, sign in to your account and click the ‘Your Orders’ tab.
The carrier’s tracking page may take up to three business days to update after your order has been placed, not all carriers offer full tracking on all orders, and so some orders may not be possible to track at all.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
We know how important it is that you receive your purchase in time for Christmas. For all Christmas UK orders please place your order before Friday 20th December.
For all EU and US. orders for Christmas, please place your order by Friday 13th December.
Any orders that are for Christmas (25th December) that we receive AFTER the above stated dates, we cannot guarantee delivery, although we will do everything possible.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
For those who like to shop early over the festive season, we have extended our returns policy. As well as our standard returns policy, all online orders placed between Monday 25th November and Friday 20th December 2024 can be returned for a refund or exchange until Friday 10th January 2025.

All purchases are subject to our returns policy outlined as below.
SALES
Returning a purchase that you have bought in a sale. No problem, you have the same legal refund right on sale items just as you would if it was full price. Normal returns policy is applied. Please see below ‘RETURNING AN ORDER‘.
CANCELLING AN EXISTING ORDER
Should this happen, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are returned within the guidelines below. Should you wish to cancel an order or have any further enquiries, please email Customer Services at hello@universalperformance.uk We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel orders. If you cancel your order before 1pm GMT on the same day as you placed the order, we will offer a full refund for free.
Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges is subject to the following conditions:
RETURNING AN ORDER
Please include the returns form that is included in your package, or if you no longer have this please include a piece of paper with your email address, reason for return and order number. Failure to include this information can lead to severe processing delays, or even failure to process the return (if we can’t match the items to an order or return request).
We will accept your returned purchase if it is returned within 30 days, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed and unaltered and the hand tag is still attached.
You have the right to return your order within 30 days upon receipt of the goods. If you are unable to return to us within 30 days, you need to at least notify us of your intention to return within 30 days.
Returns outside of the statutory 30 day returns period from delivery may be accepted only at our discretion but will only be refunded as credit in the form of a promotion code that will be redeemable online only. Please kindly email hello@universalperformance.uk for further information.

All goods are to be returned unused in their original packaging. All labels and garment tags must still be attached. For Hygiene reasons we will also refuse any garments returned with animal hair on, any garment returned in an unsaleable state will be returned to you at our cost. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all shipping and costs incurred when returning goods. Ensure that the package is sent to the address above ONLY. DO NOT send items to any other address. We will accept no responsibility for items incorrectly returned to any other address. We would recommend that you return the goods with a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost without proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of postage. Please also note that we will not cover any taxes or duties incurred when returning items; this is to be paid by the sender.
Refunds can only be issued to the payment method used to purchase the goods and will be refunded within 30 business days of receipt of return during non-sale periods.
Please allow up to 30 working days, from the date at which returned items have arrived back at our return’s location, for returns to be fully processed.
It is at our discretion to offer an exchange.
RETURNING A DAMAGED ITEM(S)
We cannot except a returned item (s) nor provide a full refund if the item is damaged after it has been purchased. If the item was sold damaged at the time of purchase, the customer is entitled to a refund, repair or a replacement depending on timing and circumstances. If the item is damaged after it being purchased these rights do not apply. This is our company policy which follows the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
FREE GIFTS
If there is any free gift in the order and you cannot fulfil the original order requirements of receiving the free gift after making returns, it must be sent together with the order for the return and refund process. If the free gift is not returned, the retail amount of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount. No refund or exchange for free gift and redemption items.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, at our sole discretion without any obligation to provide reasons or evidence to support said refusal of service.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under Consumer Protection Regulations.
